The Washington Post: PWA

A single-page-web-app version of the Washington Post’s mobile site, this PWA (Progressive Web App) version leverages browser “service workers” which pre-fetch and cache content in the background, yielding browsing performance so optimized that it even works offline. I was responsible for all client-side code on this project, and worked directly with Google’s engineers to fine-tune our implementation of their frameworks.
