FFITLIH is the unisex label of American designer Hilary Tunstall. Hilary trained at New York's Parsons School of Design and is launching FFITLIH's debut seasonless collection, exclusively available in Tokyo, in 2019. The brand's ethos is to create accessible, nondiscriminatory, sustainable, and innovative silhouettes.
The designer is influenced heavily by biology, innovative sustainable materials, the effects of decay and deterioration on all things, disruption, experimentation and acts of destruction as means of creation.
Tunstall sees FFITLIH as an avant-garde brand influenced by and responsive to an increasingly global and inclusive city street culture, of which Tokyo is the epicenter. Recognizing the need for high fashion garments that maintain the wearer's motility and active lifestyle, FFITLIH is a mediation for those needs inspired by the grit and #struglife of NYC.
