Spun off from a larger company, Dwellworks, this client wanted to create a comprehensive, user-friendly B2C analogue to its primarily B2B relocation service. I was brought in during the strategy phase, initially helping with market research and analyzing/digesting customer insights. I led the naming process (the final name was inspired by my favorite Bowie album), wrote the brand guidelines and web copy, and wrote overviews for each of the cities in which Station launched during its phase 1 rollout.
