Guys don’t want to do research or read instruction manuals when Pops can just show them the ropes, posing a challenge to new players in the facial hair space. When Philips launched a revolutionary tool that claimed to style it all (so revolutionary we couldn’t technically call it a razor), we ignored the brief and pitched something just as revolutionary for the brand. Rather than producing your run-of-the-mill shaving tutorial video that guys could ignore, we created an interactive experience that accepted three fan-submitted style challenges and brought them to life using OneBlade’s recommended shaving techniques—all for a record low cost-per-view.
