A shift in consumer buying was happening in retail. Target was looking for a way to optimize the buy online, pick up in store process. With Zebra, we built a proof of concept app using spatially aware sensor fusion to deliver an experience that proved to be superior to the existing process.
Our focus was on crafting an efficient experience that would remove the friction from the hunt and find process of picking. Leading the service design and in collaboration with the hardware teams at Zebra, we evolved the solution through our experiments and months of iteration.
