2018 Oracle Modern Customer Experience

For Oracle's 2018 iteration of their Modern Customer Experience (CX) conference, I was the lead copywriter of the Day 2 opening video, which I conceptualized, wrote, sourced assets for, and collaborated with our editor to execute. Highlighting the reach and impact of the Oracle Marketing Cloud, we celebrated the diversity and individuality of the customers for marketing, sales, and service professionals who harness Oracle's technology to build legendary relationships and optimize the value they bring to their partners. We humanized the worldwide connections Oracle makes with a simple, yet impactful script and creative direction that puts technology in the backseat. Overall, the video makes for a lighthearted and endearing moment while appreciating the people it celebrates, all while bringing a human element to an industry that typically forgets about its customers individuality.
