Corner Office

I am the designer and co-editor of Corner Office Magazine. In 2017, I co-founded this gallery turned publication project that continues to interview emerging and/or queer artists, designers, and thinkers. Corner Office's mission is to publish the work of artists in our community by incorporating artist interviews, writing, and submissions to highlight the studio practices of artists working in a variety of media in Virginia and beyond. We produce an annual themed and printed publication. Corner Office uses a feminist framework to challenge the art institution status quo* by supporting emerging and likeminded artists. *We challenge: invisibility of minority artists, resource gatekeeping, high productivity, and capitalism
