This video started with a question: "Do people think giving feedback is actually worth it?" Turns out, the path feedback takes once it's submitted into an online form is a bit of a black hole.
At HubSpot, we wanted to assure our customers that we don't just read their feedback ... we need it. My involvement with this project began with that question. I partnered with our copywriter on the script and storyboarded with our designer who brought this wavy-goodness to life. I jumped in with sound direction and animated the entire piece for a 7019x1080 behemoth of a screen. The geos personify the distinctiveness of each and every piece of customer feedback. The growing waves illuminate the magic of Growing Better — HubSpot’s vision.
