Viacom Research & Digital Strategy
I designed and led this research program for Viacom, to establish a human-centered roadmap to success for three of their digital products. From conducting research with parents and children across the USA as well as internal business stakeholders we established opportunities to evolve both the user experience and organizational offering of the Noggin, Nick Jr and Nick TV apps.
