No Nonsense approached our team to refresh and redesign their brand. Known as a decades-old women’s retailer whose heyday was largely in the 1970s to 1990s, it posed a fun, interesting challenge. Our goal was to create a bold, exciting & empowering narrative that not only modernized the brand, but appealed to younger women, carved out a unique space within the larger cultural context of feminism, femininity, and female-empowerment, and supported a new commerce platform that put No Nonsense more in control of its sales experience. With No nonsense, women can be unapologetic about putting themselves first. No to Nonsense, Yes to You.
