Ctrl, SZA

One of my favorite artists, SZA, went on an end of summer 'Ctrl' tour in 2017 with two of my other favorite artists, Smino and Ravyn Lenae. In hopes that I would be able to see them all perform live, I designed this poster and planned on giving it to SZA while on stage. I didn't get to go to the concert, but I got some cool art out of it. SZA’s album, CTRL (2017), reimagined and fused with Janet Jackson’s album, Control (1986). I recreated it and combined it with her tour dates to create a foldout poster the size of a CD.
