When Boston Dynamics wants you to shoot their first consumer directed ad, you don’t say no. You build a giant obstacle course installation in less than a week and shoot it all in one take. And then, the video breaks the internet. 1 million views in 1 day and over 5million views in under 30 days (on YouTube alone!) trending on YouTube, Reddit, and tech trades everywhere. We can’t wait to see what Spot will do next.
I was the one of the creative directors on this project. I developed the pitch, created the concept, ideated and storyboarded the set, wrote copy, and designed the graphic treatment.
