NYCgo Redesign

Due to the high bounce rates and loss of sales on a product they sell vertically on their site NYCgo approached my team and me to do a redesign of their global navigation. The difficulty lay in their target user being "everyone." This required us to do massive amounts of research, synthesis, and digital redesigns to fully understand the pain-points for their users. We found more than half of their users visited their site on mobile devices and chose to go forth with a "mobile-first" design strategy. I had the role of scrum master and developed the strategy and timeline of the project. I also collaborated on data synthesis, facilitating and participating in remote and local user interviews/testing, heuristic analysis, quantitative data analysis, presentation strategy, and presenting to stakeholders.
