Brand Social Media Playbook
Brands on social media today have plenty of challenges to navigate: who to target, the best way to engage, and how to be prepared for surprises. We created a social media playbook for our client with everything they need to know about their brand on social media: audience research, trends, brand guidelines, platform strategy, hashtag strategy, UGC strategy, community management strategy, creative strategy, influencer strategy, and more. I led this project from a strategy perspective and collaborated on creative and community management principles with our art director, copywriter, and social media manager.
