Citizens Bank was launching their new platform, "Made Ready," a celebration of individuals' journeys with the theme that all the things you've done make you ready for all the things you're going to do. Citizens Bank wanted to position themselves as being there for people every step of the way on these non-linear journeys. I came in to help write an anthem spot, suggesting we feature Questlove, a man with 18 different jobs and the perfect embodiment of the Made Ready platform. This spot expanded to a content series with Vulture, an event at Questlove's high school where his band, The Roots, formed, creating the first song in five years from The Roots and a crowd sourced music video using high-tech video capture glasses.
