While working with Liberte, I designed a website that built upon their dedication to being consistently interesting by highlighting their unique partnership strategy and leveraging their brand in a bold, graphic way.
The website mimics Liberté's new packaging design with contrasting black and cream sections and bright floods of color that highlight their bold flavors. The color white is closely associated with yogurt and consequently gets used pretty ubiquitously across the category. Because of this, I felt it was important to use it judiciously and reserved white for only the header and footer. I designed a flat version of their packaging that was both graphic and simple which allowed them to quickly create new assets instead of relying on 3D renders. I repurposed illustrations from the packaging as background elements and hover states to add texture to the otherwise flat graphic approach and to communicate the artisinal quality of Liberté's products.
