Partnered with Glossier to redesign their cart and checkout experience. The checkout experience proved to be a bit cumbersome, especially on mobile and many of the key actions they needed were missing. The cart needed to be redesigned to work in parallel with the new checkout. Overall, the cart was trying to do a bit much with too little space which lead to a bunch of UX concerns, especially on mobile. The entire experience was rebuilt on both desktop and mobile web. We simplified and created a system that was flexible enough for Glossier to continue using the same features as they had before, added key features that were missing and built a foundation to make it easy to add more in the future.
