Remind | Modern Messaging for Education

With over 30 million users, Remind is the leading communication platform in education. Remind is backed by First Round Capital, Social Capital, and Kleiner Perkins, and helps teachers, students, and parents connect and communicate from school, home, and everywhere in between. As the design lead for the engagement team at Remind, Danny focused on creating a reliable messaging experience for teachers, students, and parents, that was effective, intuitive and, (very importantly) fun!

While working on the engagement team, some of the biggest areas of impact included restructuring the app’s navigation, redesigning the chat & composer experiences, adding a new Reactions feature, redesigning the new user experience, and building partner integrations.
