The Challenge The media industry have notoriously short deadlines, and this was no exception. The project required 300 fully optimised product description rewrites for a range of items in the BBC Worldwide online store. With thousands of visitors to their site a day, any time lost without these new products live, would have a delay on potential revenue. What we did & achieved All 300 product descriptions were delivered on time which meant there was no downtime on revenue and the project flowed seamlessly into the design and dev teams. To create a buzz around some of the newly launched products, we created a series of blog articles to bolster the potential views to the site. The project delivered a successful turnaround of both product descriptions, and blog articles with 25 500 word articles created within a 3 month period.
