E-commerce shopping site

How things "look" in a user interface isn't just aesthetic preference. It impacts how they are or aren't used. An e-commerce retail website wanting to sell the best-in-class user experience for mothers and babies. The challenges were many but we had a start point, to focus on data and customer care center. Designs begin not just with a vision of the desired outcome, but also with a statement of how we're trying to help change the user's world. In-short, an assertion of the problem, a possible solution, and how we plan to get there. First step - framing the problem: this is an example of some pain points and low hanging fruits that can be fixed: - Seen this many times when search functionality is hidden behind an icon. - Not knowing how nudge users to search - Not making it clear what users can search for - Highlight shipping details, show shipping cost and expected delivery time early in time. - Tidying up interface issues, Color accessibility, eliminates friction points
