While working as a senior copywriter and analyst for a leader in the produce distribution industry, I quickly identified a huge opportunity for operational improvement and savings. In addition to attending to my copywriting workload, I ideated a company-wide solution for information sharing, asset creation, and asset management. I delivered presentations to establish cross-departmental buy-in, consulted across teams to ensure the project's success, and launched an Airtable system that integrated with the company's other platforms. By making tools accessible (cloud-based) and automating tasks, I was able to save the company >$100k/year (an extremely conservative estimate). I signed a nondisclosure, so I cannot provide screenshots, but see below for the cost savings breakdown. I used a personal project screenshot for the cover image.
