After 2.5 years of close partnership with McDonald's Global Digital Team—designing, testing, launching, and iterating v1.0 of the mobile-ordering app—we began work on the next evolution. The vision for v2.0 is to create a more frictionless, more focused mobile-ordering experience.
Building on the foundations we designed in v1.0, we were able to hone in and streamline the customer experience—from micro-interactions to system-level changes in McDonald's technology.
