I worked with NYU’s Interactive Telecommunications Program (ITP) to redesign and develop a community-based Machine Learning web Platform called, ml5js. When conducting this redesign, I looked through Google Analytics to see the raw data on website activity, released a survey to get a better understanding of user archetypes, and conducted interviews with users. With these methods, we were able to create user personas. Acting as both UX researcher and UX designer on the project, I was able to translate our data and key insights into comprehensive design concepts.
