Timberland Brand Purpose Definition
Globally renowned footwear brand, Timberland, was looking to reclaim its industry leadership by clearly defining its purpose to excite and inspire employees, retailers, consumers, partners and beyond around the world.
I was Brand Strategy Lead on the project, working with Timberland's global leadership teams and conducting primary and secondary research to identify new insights and to inform the development of an ownable brand purpose and positioning. The work also included leading workshops with senior management teams and internal training and socialization of the new purpose and positioning with employees across the organization.
