CENTURY 21 REAL ESTATE’S ADULTING 101 CAMPAIGN

CHALLENGE After nearly 50 years in the business, Century 21 was looking to refresh its image among millennials and establish itself as an innovative and relatable brand they could turn to when looking to buy a home. SOLUTION We understood that the obstacles millennials faced when buying a home was much deeper than a lack of knowledge about the mortgage process—they lacked all the basic, real-world survival skills that would ever get them to a place of enough financial stability to buy a home in the first place. So we launched a 360 digital campaign that would turn Century 21 into a trusted resource to guide millennials through the “adulting” process. Anchored with a dedicated microsite, our Adulting 101 campaign ran for an entire year across digital and social platforms, and on-the-ground at Century 21 events and offices. The campaign won eight industry awards including Digiday’s Best Social Video Campaign.
