Onnn meditation device
This was my MA thesis project at Moholy-Nagy University of Art and Design, which was nominated for Hellodesign Talent Award 2015, and has won an A'Design Iron Award in Wearable Technologies Category in 2016.
Onnn is an interactive meditation device concept that consists of a smartphone application and two smart bracelets containing motion-tracking sensors. The goal is to provide the practical advantages of motion-based meditation practices, such as reduced stress and increased concentration, in an easy and entertaining way.
The device’s use is based on a series of simple arm motion exercises. Real-time sound feedback through the smartphone speaker or earphones makes learning and practicing the movements easy, and helps to create proper atmosphere.
