Spruce Street Commons
Spruce Street Commons, a real estate and property development company, needed a new mark to better reflect itself as a lifestyle brand.
The result is sophisticated, yet human. It echoes the company’s existing place-making aesthetic. A stacked logotype pairs with an iconic monogram allowing the overarching brand to exist above the company’s portfolio of real estate properties. Prior to handing over the anchor elements, I developed examples and guidelines for Rally to use in implementing the brand beyond my initial foundation work.
