Creative director supervising the brand voice of, and digital work for, the launch of the new Verizon app. The app now serves as the central portal for all US sales of Verizon mobile service, features, devices and accessories. Worked across all design teams unifying content and tone, with a focus on improving functionality and usability. Also developed in-app bot/AI implementation for search assistance. In retail space, led in-store display work to drive awareness of app.
