Dove x Girlgaze x Getty: Project #ShowUs

In an effort to reframe the unrealistic beauty standards that have, for too long, narrowly presented who women are, what they should look like, and what they can achieve, a power trio made up of Dove, Getty Images, and Girlgaze combined their collective efforts to start a revolution in media and advertising representation. How? By creating the first publicly accessible photo library made up of more than 5,000 unaltered images of diverse, inclusive women by 116 non-binary and female-identifying photographers from 39 countries — all in the hopes that advertisers and the media at large will begin to broaden the way they present women and the female experience, via their products and services, to consumers. Girlgaze lead creative concepting and did 100% of the photographer and model sourcing and photo production for this project. I was the Exec Lead from Girlgaze on this project, taking point across Accounts, Business Affairs, Executive Producer and Project Management.
