H&M SoHo Store Live Installation, Film & Opening Event

H&M’s wanted their SoHo store opening to make a positive impact on the neighborhood. I co-concepted and produced a massive live art event featuring famed art collective The Barnstormers. For the course of the 3 week long in-store installation the artists worked with kids from local not-for-profit Art Start on murals and an award-winning film Letter to the President. The finale was a Fashion Week star-studded gala. I also publicized the event, and H&M and the Barnstormers were named “New Yorkers of the Week” by NY1 and featured for a week in an hourly on-air editorial documenting the project and H&M’s commitment to the neighborhood.
