The United States Tennis Association hired us to dream up and produce the Grand Opening of the nation’s largest tennis facility—their stunning 65-acre National Campus. We began by scenically treating the main entrance walkway so it appeared as if the palm trees were playing tennis with each other. We then added color and kinetic energy to the main court, and built a large clear wall for the “First Serve” event finale, where VIPs such as Chris Evert served right at the wall, through which dozens of media members “got the shot.”
