The 1.62% Experience

A series of CRM emails designed to feel welcoming. While they will work as reminders, the voice couldn't be pushy. The tone was completely different from the old brand voice which was a bit stodgy. As Creative Lead for this project, I had to get three writers and four art directors thinking about 24 separate emails, 96 unique headlines, copy, and pieces of art--gif and image.
