For the release of Mortal Kombat X, a series of videos introduced fans to a few... “lesser-known” characters, like The Janitor who has to clean up the messes left by the Kombatants, and The Doctor, who takes pride in her 24/7 triage unit, stitching the losers back together. These images—inspired by actual impalement x-rays sometimes seen in the news—dramatize the cruel realities of losing a match in the game.
