Leading at Sage - Would you follow you?

Some leaders see real value in personal development whilst some don’t. I wanted to change negative views of the reluctant leaders. But telling someone (especially a leader) they need to change won’t do the trick. My thinking was that a person must discover it themselves. So we invited some of the Sage top brass to speak to us on leadership but added a couple of twists along the way. By twists, I mean risks as I'd no idea how these leaders would react to such a radical approach. An initial internal launch proved so popular amongst the organisation's 14,000 staff, that the head boffins at Sage released it publicly to demonstrate a forward-thinking approach towards personal development. My role: Concept, strategy, copywriter, pre-production, casting, art direction, edit direction - and keeping the project hidden from my bosses so they idea didn't become diluted.
