Working with Instrument, I was the lead writer helping Nike rethink how it presents its sports bra collection to the world. What shapes a buying decision? What do women have to read between the lines to learn? How exactly does activity and body type fit into the decision? A lot of interviewing, research, and development went into a successful re-launch of the online sports bra shopping experience.
