What is the future of our business?
Working with a leading design agency who were struggling to internally articulate how the future of their business might manifest - I spent three months with the both the leadership teams and a cross selection of the employees to understand what was possible, what was valuable, and what was wanted.
From this - a clear articulation of 'the new work' of this agency has been formed, from which i'm now working with the leadership team to design how this vision can be turned into tangible behaviours and outcomes.
This is just the start of a longer transformation project for this award winning business, to help them continue to grow.
