Having partnered with 43 banks to serve over 17 million customers, Wishfin is one of India’s leading financial product marketplaces. Armed with tons of actionable data, they approached me to overhaul the user journey and design for their mutual fund and term insurance offerings with a focus on boosting new customer acquisition. The project proceeded in two phases.

Arriving at a content workflow that boosts customer conversion and drafting mobile first user journeys across the products

Designing modular components and a design language that works well with the created user journeys and applying it to the responsive web products
