Groupon Mother's Day 2018
As the copy lead for Groupon's Mother's Day campaign, I conceived the central idea: It's Mom's Turn. While the best-selling gifts for moms were the typical flowers and chocolate (and brunch), studies revealed that those are actually fairly low on most mothers' lists.
So for the mom who always puts her family first, Mother's Day is her turn to get what she really wants. This thread went through site banners, email graphics, as well as editorial emails to inspire customers to purchase gifts based on their mom's persona and what she really wants:
experiences and family time.
