Daily Adventures

A concept-vision and an app to help people who live with diabetes through disruptive service innovation. Back in 2012, this was my first experience as a project lead. I was responsible for project management, content leadership for research and strategy, and client relationship. The outcome of the project was a human-centered vision and strategy, and a set of concepts that were transformational for the organization: keeping the same goals, together we discovered new paths and metrics to get there. The project created the necessary internal buy-in for the development of new businesses, including a remarkable focus on digital product development.
