Indeed.com having just released their latest broadcast spot tacking one of recruitment’s last taboos – unconscious bias. The online video was designed to convey a similar message that focused on more specific biases. The print was left broad and encourages recruiters to focus on skills and avoid the pitfalls of unconscious bias.
