Liam Mika Brand Identity
As one of my most detailed brand identity projects, I was fortunate to work with a new millennial retail diamond company called Liam Mika. Starting from the beginning, I developed moodboards to reference throughout in order to maintain the brand identity in all aspects. In these boards, the images chosen represent the slightly higher-end millennial professional, targeting those whose style choices are purposeful and dapper while not breaking the bank. The audience here is someone, male or female, straight or gay, who is looking to shop for the ideal jewelry piece and can do so in a convenient, efficient manner, as most millennials prefer.
The brand colors and logo are created to pull in the modern millennial yet provide the timeless essence of a diamond. With clean lines and structured type, the logo ideas offer a balancing effect that invites the consumer in with an approachable look. Drawing inspiration from other high-end fashion and retail companies, the angles of the diamond are mixed with the complimentary fonts to assure the level of class for which Liam Mika represents.
