Stella Artois: Le Savoir

We were asked by Stella Artois to transform their storied existence and 'Be Legacy' brand platform into a real-life experience that you can see, eat, touch, taste, and smell. Leaning into the spirit of artfully hosting, we ended up creating a fully-ticketed experiential dining series that transports guests into a forgotten garden of edible curiosities called 'Le Savoir.' Taking place across four cities around the world, we hosted two to three 150-person seatings per night for 5-7 nights As the strategist on this project, I collaborated with our brilliant creative and production team on: (1) strategic guardrails for experiential design (based on best-in-class immersive theatre, experimental dining, pop-ups, etc.); (2) ticketing/pricing strategy; & (3) communications planning across the pre, during & post phases of each event.
