Insane Mode: Elon Musk Book Cover

Insane Mode is a book written by Hamish Mckenzie, a former insider at Tesla who tells the astounding story of the most revolutionary car company since Ford and shows how, under Elon Musk's "insane mode" leadership, the company is bringing an end to the era of gasoline-powered transportation.

Working with some fantastic art direction, Faber & Faber wanted a book cover for the paper and hardback editions.

The designs explore typographic and illustrative elements that have been designed based on iconic inventions and ideas that have come from Elon Musk and Tesla. The type has been designed to feel bold and to captivate potential readers. It was important to ensure the graphic really represented the Tesla brand as well as looking eye catching for the readers.
