Urban FT, a growth-stage FinTech start-up, needed a hand identifying their mission, creating an identity, defining their products and translating their tech language into terms everyday bankers could understand.

- Led total rebrand, including logo, color pallet, mission, vision and branded materials such as decks, stationary, business cards and new office design.
- Built department from scratch, making hires in design, PR and writing.
-Revamped their current, reactive marketing and create a proactive long-term strategy, goals, and OKRs.
- Took an active role in copywriting for marketing and sales materials, product decks, PR and articles
- Traveled to conferences to manage exhibition booths, do market research, network and make sales.
