BISS International School of Shanghai Puxi renovates its identity through the interior design od the Secondary school (two floors).
The concept combines the uniquenesses of the school, which are science, (they have an agreement with the MIT), music and art (They collaborate with Julliard School in New York), through a mix of techniques and styles that combine art and science.
The design proposal works on BISS’ color palette and creates a sophisticated atmosphere by using treated pictures of real students, and graphics.
The reception is the welcoming area, and gives the idea of an art gallery’s foyer, by using wooden installations and artistic greenery.
Special furnitures have been designed in the reception area and in the music corridor.
I took care of the art direction of the project (research, concept, graphic development, and photo shooting), and of the production (furniture production, printings, and installation).
