Shopping vs. Maxximizing

Our team was tasked with creating a spot that pushed the boundaries of the brand's visual identity and tone while simultaneously elevating their messaging surrounding value and unique product offerings. The resulting spot was one that portrayed a simple idea: "You can buy this one item shopping, or you can get this same item PLUS all these others at T.J.Maxx for the same price." My copywriting partner, Anne Lacy, and I came up with the idea to create visual representations of women literally expanding and stretching their value at T.J.Maxx using visual trickery. The resulting spot is a visual delight showing juxtapositions of shopping vs. Maxximizing, all while highlighting a diverse, relatable cast against our vibrant, eye-catching scenes.
