Digital Product Relaunch

Disney invited five film studios to participate in its relaunch of Movies Anywhere, a subscription service for people who actively buy digital movies (e.g., families with kids). As Interim VP of Marketing, I built a coalition among the five Home Entertainment marketing heads. Together, we hired agencies for consumer research and brand identity. And I orchestrated a multidisciplinary D2C marketing team with a major focus on the product roadmap.
