Customer Experience Fit for a Brand
Tractor Supply Company (TSC) is the largest retail farm and ranch store chain in the United States. The company operates more than 1,600 retail stores in 49 states and employs more than 25,000 team members.
We were brought on board to create a strategy-driven design for the company’s eCommerce website, which would bring the distinct, neighborhood-centered experience customers enjoy in the retail stores to the digital space. We also implemented a new order management platform to help streamline TSC’s fulfillment processes and reduce costs.
