IOT CONNECTED SOCCER GAME

LEAD PRODUCTION OF STRATEGY, CONTENT AND DESIGN FOR AN INTERACTIVE EXPERIENCE FOR IBM IX AT CANNES LIONS 2016.

Project Description:
IBM iX partnered with the Girls Lounge and Kiwi, a wearables company, to host a connected soccer game on the beach to support gender equality and female empowerment. Using IoT connected devices, worn by players, including special guests Mia Hamm and Abby Wambach, IBM turned data from every kick, goal, and social share into donations for two chosen causes with the development support of the IBM jStart team and IBM Bluemix platform.
Used Agile Methodology to drive the project from ideation to completion ensuring great experience design in only 3 weeks, a team of 12 across 5 different time zones.
