LMHQ — a coworking/event/networking/off-site meeting space operating under the auspices of the nonprofit Downtown Alliance — contacted CO OP about starting a rebrand project to get its message out and boost its membership numbers. After my colleague had written a brand definition, I wrote a verbal identification and core messaging guidelines, presenting to the client and stakeholders from Downtown Alliance. Working closely with designers and in constant contact with our clients, I then wrote web copy for the new LMHQ site.
